how we do hyper flake

Without proper concrete slab preparation, your floor is destined to fail.
We spend a considerable amount of time mechanically grinding your floor. This is to remove all dirt and grime from it and achieve the correct concrete profile.
Once your concrete slab is clean and the pores are open, we move onto repairing any cracks and holes in the concrete.
Once we are happy with the look of your concrete we move onto applying a coat of epoxy primer. This primer coat acts a moisture barrier.
When the primer is fully cured (around 24 hrs), we apply the base coat and broadcast the hyper flakes color mix.
When the base coat is fully cured, we scrape off the excess amount of flakes and apply two coat of UV stable topcoat. The UV stable top coat prevents your new flake floor from yellowing over time.
